- Speeds 1-3 are ideal for mobile phone batteries,

- Speeds 3-6 for 0.1 mm nickel plates,

- Speeds 6-11 for 0.12-0.15 mm nickel plates.

A single charge can allow more than 200 welds to be made.

Recommendations for welding:

Welding angle: An angle of 60° is recommended for optimal welding. However, you can experiment with other angles, depending on your preferences and needs.

Positioning of the pens: Both welding pens must touch the material at the same time to achieve a correct weld. Thus, the current will be distributed evenly.

Welding surface:

Make sure that the material you are welding is smooth and clean. When working with 18650 batteries, they must be placed flat to ensure full contact between the material and the battery. In case of a small gap, gently use the welding pen to press the material in contact with the battery.
