1. Introduction

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers of MIVAROM IMPEX SRL can return purchased products. MIVAROM IMPEX SRL sells products exclusively to legal entities (B2B), and returns are subject to the contractual agreement between the parties.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. Returns are accepted only with the prior agreement of MIVAROM IMPEX SRL and in accordance with the established contractual conditions.
2.2. Returned products must be in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, or alterations.
2.3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, labels, and related documents (e.g., invoice, warranty certificate).

3. Return Procedure

3.1. To request a return, the customer must notify MIVAROM IMPEX SRL in writing via e-mail at office@mivarom.de, specifying:

• The customer’s company name;

• The order number;

• The products they wish to return.
  3.2. After approval of the return, the customer will receive instructions regarding the return of the products.
  3.3. Products must be shipped to the address: DPD Courier Rosevelta 10, Gubin, Poland.
  3.4. The costs of return shipping are borne entirely by the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

4. Refunds

4.1. MIVAROM IMPEX SRL will refund the amount paid for the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the returned products, in accordance with the contractual conditions.
4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

5.1. If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order, MIVAROM IMPEX SRL will review the situation and decide, per the contract, whether to replace the product or refund the paid amount.
5.2. The customer must notify the issue within 24 hours of delivery via e-mail at office@mivarom.de, attaching photos that demonstrate the issue.
5.3. The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, even in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
